Site Navigation Tips

There will be quite a bit of information here as we develop our projects. These tips will help you to navigate through the information more efficiently.

Description of the Screen Panels
Left side of the screen: Navigation Bar with Links
Center of the Screen: Information Pane

Links in the Navigation Bar on the Left side of the page:
These links will take you directly to other pages. You may find some duplicate links within the text descriptions in the bottom of the Information Pane.

Links in the Text in the Information Pane
You will find links within the text towards the bottom of the main page that will take you to the same location as the Navigation Bar. The links in the top of the middle of the Information Pane will take you directly down the page to the text that relates to the topic of the hyperlink. (A hyperlink is usually a word or phrase that is highlighted and underlined). It may take you to an external resource (Other Web Site), or it may take you to another page on this site. It may also be used to take you to a predetermined location on the same page.

All hyperlinks on this site will be "blue in color" before they have been visited, and once you have visited (clicked on) the link whether it was a link on the left side Navigation bar, or in a link in the text, it will turn purple. If you do not want to repeat your reading, keep an eye on the colors of the links. If you see a blue one, you have not been there. Also, if you see a purple one, you have been there at least once. You can click on either of the hyperlinks on this page "highlighted, and purple". They are both pointing to this same page. Notice how the colors change.

Forms
Sign-up Forms
There are going to be several forms for members of our effort. There will be a registration form to get things going. This is where you will sign up to have your name added to our list. One form will be for our first target area, North West Bogalusa, the next will be Other Bogalusa. Then there is a form to Contact Shirin and myself. Pick the appropriate form from the Contact Page.

Mailing List Form
When you sign up for our area, you will be emailed with information about our Mailing list and our Forum. Being a part of this list, every communication that is sent to all members will also be sent to you.
Forum
This will be a forum where all members will be able to discuss issues, plan appointments, send general comments, etc.. All members will be able to read and comment to your ideas and comments.
